I offer face to face therapy at Lewes Therapy Centre, East Sussex, and also online therapy.I’m a Nurse and Psychological Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the NHS working within Psychological Therapies services for over 15 years.I work with individuals aged 18+ experiencing issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, or anxiety related to physical health. I have the skills and experience to provide a calm, consistent and containing environment where individuals can explore themselves as fully as they choose. I can offer both short and longer term therapy for the following:
Low mood
Anxiety or Phobias
Trauma or PTSD
Low self-esteem
Sleep and insomnia issues
Low mood, depression and anxiety linked to long term physical health conditions
I am also more than happy to work with people who would not define themselves using these categories who wish to get to know and understand their internal landscape.
